Summer School 2019

Summer School Opportunities: students can apply to participate in Summer School in a number of host institutions abroad, including China, France, Denmark, Germany, and Portugal. Summer School takes place during June (after exams) or July /August for up to 3 or 4 weeks.

Students will be assessed and receive a certificate, however credits cannot be used toward your Durham degree.

Applications open mid October; closing end of October 2018 (further details to be advised). Outcome of applications will be announced during January 2019. Successful students will then ensure they have the relevant visa, travel and insurance documentation prior to their departure in June 2019.

All Masters students are invited to a Masters International Options Event on 24th October 2018, 1:30pm, in MHL 454. This is an information session about how you can gain international study and work experience in the UK and abroad during your Masters programme. Presentations will be followed by a social activity where you can meet people to inform you about options such as Dissertation Abroad and Summer School, Business Projects and other ways to gain international experience.
