Pre-sessional Mathematics and Statistics Programme

We will be running a Pre-sessional Mathematics and Statistics programme from Monday 17 September 2018 to Thursday 20 September 2018. The objective of this course is to give you the opportunity to either revise or update your knowledge of those quantitative skills essential for success in your chosen degree. The course will involve formal lectures and workshops.

Although you may have covered most of this material in your first degree, we would encourage you to make every effort to attend this introductory week. The attendance at this course will also allow you to settle in Durham, meet students and staff and be better prepared for the beginning of your formal tuition. There is no extra tuition fee for this course.

If you are on a pre-sessional English course as part of a condition on your offer then you MUST attend the English course.

Due to a problem with the venues please find below revised dates.  The pre-sessional programme will run on the following dates:

Monday 17 September to Thursday 20 September - 9am to 12noon and 2pm to 5pm - Room 403 in Durham University Business School

Monday 24 September - 2pm to 5pm - Room 403 in Durham University Business School

Tuesday 25 September - 9am-12noon - Room 403 in Durham University Business School
